With over two decades of experience across Venezuela, Italy, and Florida, Rino has led projects ranging from high-end coastal renovations to commercial developments exceeding $20M.
His background spans estimating, permitting, quality control, and project closeout — with hands-on presence at every stage.
Before RSS Construction, Rino held leadership roles at Ytech and Caprio Custom Construction, overseeing historic restorations in Miami and prestige residential builds in Fort Lauderdale. Trilingual in English, Spanish, and Italian.
